Join SWEP-MA for a full year of events, including these:
The Wild & Scenic Rivers Film Festival
Comes to Massachusetts!
Considered the largest film festival of its kind, 2012’s films combine stellar filmmaking, beautiful cinematography and first-rate storytelling to inform, inspire and ignite solutions and possibilities to restore the earth and human communities while creating a positive future for the next generation. Festival-goers can expect to see Award winning films about nature, community activism, adventure, conservation, water, energy and climate change, wildlife, environmental justice, agriculture, Native American and indigenous cultures.
This year’s selections will not only take audiences to some of the most remote and beautiful places on the planet, but introduce them to the magnificent animals that inhabit these places and the courageous individuals who are working to protect and preserve both for future generations. The films instill a deep appreciation and a sense of wonder for the natural world that surrounds and supports us.

Welcome to SWEP-MA!

SWEP is a unique organization composed of professionals from a variety of disciplines, providing members with greater exposure to information from and contacts in diverse environmental practice areas.

SWEP-MA has partnered with Click & Pledge, a company specializing in serving non-profit organizations, to provide secure online payment processing for our members' convenience. We're sure you'll like the convenience of this new option we've added.
Note: Credit card transactions processed through SWEP-MA's Click & Pledge's payment processing system sometimes incur an extra $1.00 – $2.00 charge that appears on your credit card statement as a foreign transaction fee. Whether you are charged this extra fee depends on which of Click & Pledge's transaction-processing gateways your credit card company puts the charge through. Click & Pledge is an American company; SWEP-MA is an American organization; and the transactions are conducted solely in U.S. dollars, however neither SWEP-MA nor Click & Pledge charges the fee and neither can prevent it. If you receive a charge for this foreign transaction fee, you should be able to have it reversed by asking your credit card provider to remove it. We apologize for this occasional inconvenience and are working to resolve it.
